Dear colleagues,
We have the pleasure to announce the upcoming France-Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg joint Magnetic Resonance Conference, to be held in Lille, France, from 2nd to 5th of June 2026. The event will take place in the LILLIAD Learning Center Innovation building (https://lilliad.univ-lille.fr/) located on the campus of the University of Lille. Additionally, Lille is a beautiful city at the crossroads of the participating countries, offering a charming and vibrant setting for our conference.
This prestigious event will unite the Magnetic Resonance communities from these four countries, fostering collaboration and innovation across borders, and bring together experts from various fields of nuclear magnetic resonance in solution and solid state, as well as electron paramagnetic resonance, imaging techniques, and relaxometry. The conference will feature 8 keynote invited speakers: Malene Ringkjøbing Jensen (CNRS Grenoble, France), Dominik Bucher (Technical University of Munich, Germany), Marie Poirier-Quinot (University Paris-Saclay CNRS, France), Mario Chiesa (University of Torino, Italy), Carmela Aprile (University of Namur, Belgium), Arno Kentgens (Radboud University, The Netherlands), Laura Castañar-Acedo (University of Madrid, Spain) and Jannie P. Wijnen (UMC Utrecht, The Netherlands).
In addition, 44 slots will be reserved for oral presentations selected from abstracts from your research groups. We are particularly keen to welcome Master's students, PhD candidates, recent PhD graduates and early-career researchers to join this conference and present their latest work. Their participation is highly encouraged, as it provides a valuable opportunity for learning, networking, and contributing to the future of magnetic resonance. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, several scholarships covering the registration fees for young participants will be available.
Please visit the conference’s website to register (https://fbnl-mr-2026.sciencesconf.org/) and follow updates on the program and see the attached flyer.
See you all very soon in Lille!
